Cassadaga, Florida is a Spiritualist community established in 1894. For this reason, it seems to be a spiritual hotspot with plenty of ghost stories. We’ll start our meet-up for coffee and breakfast at the haunted Cassadaga Hotel at 10am. We’ll do a tour of the hotel, which dates back to the 1920s and see if we can find any evidence of ghosts. We will head over to Lake Helen Cemetery to see the Devil’s Chair after the hotel. Then we will end the day with a tour of the Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp at 2pm. This is a 122 year old community of spiritually-minded people located in Central Florida. Learn about Cassadaga’s historic, unique and mysterious beginnings, its unusual architecture, and the spirit activity that still goes on in the homes of present day mediums.
