Amargosa Hotel and Opera House, Ep. 644

Posted on July 2, 2026 by History Goes Bump Posted in Haunted Location .

Out among the bleached bones of Death Valley National Park sits a quirky little building known as the Amargosa Hotel and Opera House. Death Valley features salt flats and ancient lakes with jagged rock formations and several ghost towns. It really resembles a place where things go to die. And thus, it is a haunted landscape. Join us as we explore the haunted Amargosa Hotel and landscape of Death Valley. The Moment in Oddity features 40 Acre Bog Island. Our location was suggested by listener Anna Frias.
