The Patterson Inn has been known for most of its life as the Croke-Patterson Mansion. This grand Victorian mansion is located in Capitol Hill in Denver, Colorado. This was a private home for many years and then had other uses before becoming the boutique hotel it is today. This is a location where Diane had her second ever paranormal experience.
